Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] (“Depth”, “we”). If you use Depth on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Depth turns math problems into interactive 3D models with step-by-step solutions. We keep improving Depth, so features may be added, changed or removed over time.

3. Your account

• Accurate details: provide correct information and keep it up to date.
• Security: keep your sign-in details private, you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Age: you must be at least [13] years old, or use Depth with a parent’s or school’s consent.

4. Plans and payments

• Plans: Depth offers Free, Student, Pro and Schools plans. Current prices and limits are listed on the pricing page.
• Billing: paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

When using Depth, you agree not to:

• Use Depth in a way that breaks your school’s rules, Depth is a learning aid, so follow your school’s academic-integrity policy.

6. Your content

7. Our content

Depth’s software, design, 3D visualizations and brand belong to us. You may use the solutions and images Depth generates for your personal study and for teaching, including showing them in class.

8. Accuracy

Depth computes solutions with a math engine and aims to be exact, but results can still contain mistakes, especially when a problem is ambiguous or entered incorrectly. Check important results yourself. We are not responsible for grades or decisions based on Depth’s output.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Depth available, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change these terms; for material changes we will give notice before they take effect.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Depth and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Depth is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.
